Gramma’s love has a cake smell

Hi guys, are you doing well? Do you agree with me when I say that gramma’s love has a cake smell? I have been nostalgic because I have found out the next week will be celebrated grandparents’ day, on July 26th, deserved honor to these angels that affectionately full their grandchildren of caress.

I have beautiful memories of cakes at my gramma’s home, joking, and the caress that they treat me, an unrestricted and unconditional love, without that responsibility that we parents have related to our children, it is pure love, which comes many times in form of delicatessen.

A cake which a lot of people handle does not get ruined!

My grandmother used to receive us with a wonderful milk pudding, she was who fixed our clothes. Otherwise, my paternal gramma was sick, but my two aunts, much older than my father, played a very well gramma role.

Aunt Augusta was a professional cake baker, she cooked the birthday cakes for all the family. Aunt Maria always gifted my siblings and me with small bags of sweet brigadier and she used to make the best quindim, and egg whites pudding in the world.

When we spent the weekend at Aunt Maria’s home, we always invented a different cake. My grandmother was mad, she said that the cake that a lot of people handle gets ruined! That's why my aunt let us bake the cake hidden from my gramma, my sister and I used to take turns on this mission, and in the end, it got really well done.

It was delightful, we used to play of the theater with puppets behind the sofa for hours. After, we got out on the street pulling a stuffed dog. My aunt, so cute, always got along with us when we said that the people were thinking that the dog was true. Hahaha.
