How to make the seared tuna into sesame crust

First of all, I mix almond flour and sesame, that will be utilized for the crust, it gets a very special flavor. If you prefer to make that just with sesame, make yourself as at your home! At sequence, temper both tuna sides with salt and a little bit of lemon, after, spread out olive oil on the fish, it will “paste” the crust. Then pass the tuna in the almond flour with sesame.

Take it to the frying pan, preferentially non-stick, greased with very hot olive oil. Gold a side and then, get turning it until every sides get with that crunchy crust. It is quite rapid, one or two minutes each side.

After ready, you will slice that with a very sharp knife, I like very thin slices, but the thickness gets as your criteria.

How to make the sauce of soy sauce and honey

This part is very easy, it enough mixing the soy sauce and honey according to your preference. Then through it on the seared tuna. For decorating, I add a “rain” of chopped parsley. It gets delicious and get the dish very beautiful.

If you want to make this recipe together with me, it is just to click on video below. But wait! Do not go away yet, because I have several tips to give you!

When you get serving this dish, I like to let a little of extra sauce so that people can add, if they want to.
