Have you ever realized that people are becoming vegans more and more? Some of them choose this diet by feeling pity for the animals, others due to the environmental questions, or, simply, to adopt a healthier lifestyle.  The fact is that we, who are not accustomed to this kind of food, get desperate when we will hostess a vegan guest at our home, but today I am going to teach you some recipes to make impressed those guests who do not eat animal derivates, in fact, they are so tasteful that I think you will adopt that in your day by day.<\/p>\n<h2>What vegan do not eat<\/h2>\n<p>The people who are vegans do not consume anything of animal origin, therefore, meat, fish, milk, eggs, and honey are out. It means that they neither eat cheese, cream\u2019s milk, butter nor condensed milk. Lucky, nowadays there are many stores with vegetable alternatives to replacing any of these ingredients, here in The USA they are very common, and in Brazil, this reality is easily accessible in the big cities\u2019 supermarkets, or in the stores of natural products. In case you do not find it next your home, you can buy it through online commerce. But be cool, the recipes that I will teach don\u2019t take any ingredient which is difficult to find.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to remember that many courses of our daily are already originally vegans, as is the case of the \u201cvery Brazilian\u201d rice and beans (since that you do not put <em>bacon on it),<\/em> what, besides, it is super nutritive. Some international dishes like Ratatouille, Pasta in tomato sauce (pasta without eggs), Moroccan couscous, Babaganoush, Hummus, and an infinity of other wonders.<\/p>\n<h2>Complete vegan meal<\/h2>\n<p>Today\u2019s recipes are, in fact, a completely vegan meal, from the entr\u00e9e to dessert, they are dishes with easy ingredients to find, that will make your guests very impressed. For the entr\u00e9e I have prepared a Vegan Tartare, the main course will be a Roasted Chickpea stuffed with Mushrooms, and as dessert a Chocolate Mousse what was made with avocado.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegan Tartare Recipe<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2023\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3-1024x575.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3-16x9.jpg 16w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Vegan Tartare Recipe Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>50g chopped strawberry<br \/>\n50g of chopped red pepper<br \/>\n50g chopped cherry tomatoes<br \/>\n01 teaspoon of scraped beet - just to add a little color<br \/>\n1\/2 chopped onion (50% white, 50% purple)<br \/>\n02 chopped cucumber pickles<br \/>\n01 teaspoon of \u201cceboullete\u201d (thin chives)<br \/>\n01 teaspoon of caper<br \/>\n01 teaspoon mustard<br \/>\n01 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\nEureka lemon zest<br \/>\nOlive Oil as you want<br \/>\nOil<\/p>\n<h3>Mode of preparing the Vegan Tartare<\/h3>\n<p>Chop the red peppers in very small pieces, the scraped beet, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries. We will need to take the water from these ingredients for that they get to be dried until the time to arrange the plate, for this, do a \u201cbed\u201d of paper towel, spread out these ingredients, and put salt. Let them there dehydrating for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, let's chop the other ingredients. At the sequence, mix everything, add the spices, and stir to incorporate the flavors.<\/p>\n<p>You know that I like to neat at the presentation, so I use those round molds to shape Tartare, if you do not have it, you can improvise with a big mug, for example. I have also used small basil leaves, ceboullete, and arugula for decorating.<\/p>\n<p>This is a delicious, perfume and healthiness entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>I need to remember you that some Worcestershire brands have fish in its composition, so, read the label, before buying it to guarantee that it is really vegan.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegan Roast Recipe<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5-1024x575.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5-16x9.jpg 16w, https:\/\/www.lumarinho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Receitas-Veganas-5.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients for the roast dough:<\/h3>\n<p>300g of cooked chickpeas<br \/>\n\u00bc cup of cooked chickpea cooking water<br \/>\n\u00bc cup of olive oil<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\nLeeks - about 5 cm<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/4 cup very small cubed bell pepper<br \/>\nPepperoni pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon of cumin<br \/>\n1 cup breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<h3>Stuffing ingredient<\/h3>\n<p>250g of fresh mushroom<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic<br \/>\n15 smoked almonds, or any other nut<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\nBlack pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h3>Sauce Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>Olive oil thread<br \/>\n1\/2 onion<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic<br \/>\n2 tablespoons brown sugar<br \/>\n100g of tomato extract<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon of cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 pinch of powder smoke - optional<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of vinegar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of shoyu (Japanese soya sauce)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard<br \/>\nBlack pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h3>How to prepare Vegan Roast Recipe<\/h3>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the chopped onion, leeks, garlic, and peppers, when it is a little bit golden, reserve it.<\/p>\n<p>In a vegetable processor, mix the chickpeas without water, breadcrumbs, and olive oil, until to form a little flour (farofa). Done it, transfer it to a dish, and mix it with the saut\u00e9ed peppers. Ad \u00bc cup of chickpeas cooking water, from now on it is literal \u201chands-on\u201d because it is the easiest way to mix, get squeezing it until form a homogeneous dough.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle the dough with a little olive oil and set it aside, while we prepare the stuffing, which is very simple, it is just to saut\u00e9 the mushroom, previously chopped, in the olive oil with onion and garlic, after that add the spices and almonds.<\/p>\n<p>I like to do this roast in a baking tray of English cake which is rectangular and high, thereby it gets very beautiful, but it can be in any, but it is important to be tall because it is a stuffed roast. Place the dough on the bottom of the tray and lateral, this part is easier to do by hands, thereby we get molding. Add the mushroom stuffing in the middle, cover with the rest of the dough. Take it to the oven preheated for 40 minutes at 200\u00b0C \/ 392\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>While it roasts, let\u2019s do a barbecue sauce.<\/p>\n<p>It is enough saut\u00e9ing the garlic and onion, add the brown sugar, and in the sequence all the other ingredients. Cook that for 5 minutes.
