This moment of social isolation and worriers are affecting the animus of everyone, so I have decided to share with you some tips that I have read to alleviate the stress in pandemic time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look, I know that it is not easy for anyone, but we must have an optimistic sight to live and make everything in our possibilities to overcome this moment in a better way we can do, taking care of the people around us, and of ourselves, preserving our physical and emotional health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this reason, in this tough moment, that we receive so much bad news, I would like to share good things, that make well to people, that be positive, so let\u2019s go to my seven tips that will help you to relieve the stress in pandemic times.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seven tips to relieve the stress in Pandemic times<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u2013 Less Information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to keep ourselves suitable updated, but we should control the time we expend watching or reading news because this attack of bad news rises our anguish and does not solve the problem. Occupy your mind with good things. I also suggest doing a good filter of everything that comes from your WhatsApp and leave these toxic groups that only spread conspiracy theories, panic, and fake news. It is always good to reinforce: look for serious and trustworthy sources to inform yourself. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fake news <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e p\u00e2nico. Aerobic exercises, Yoga, stretching, dancing, the important is to exercise, choose what makes you happy and move your body. When we practice physical exercises, our body release endorphin which improves our humor, and the well-being sensation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those who have not succeeded to include physical exercise in the diary home office routine, know that it is very important to make smalls breaks during work and staying a little at stand-up. Furthermore, there are many apps for emotional well-being, with practices for supporting you to control your stress, and some of them make a psychologist list available.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You should try to insert some of the tips in your day by day, I make sure you will feel calmer and in equilibrium.
